Professional Bookkeeping

Let me handle the paperwork

When do I need a Bookkeeper?

You’re swamped with receipts and invoices. You don’t want to do them, you would rather have someone else do them for you. You receive financial documents and requests from the bank, insurance companies, and the government; you might not understand what they want, or you just want someone else to deal with them. You want someone who understands money and the financial system, someone you can ask for help and for counsel. You need a Bookkeeper.

Here’s what I can do for you and your business

Organize your finances

I will declutter and organize your invoices, receipts, bank statements, and other financial documents so that you have a smooth and streamlined operation.

Categorize expenses

My accounting experience will help you correctly categorize your business expenses, reducing your tax liability.

Bookkeeping

Through Quickbook, Quicken, or similar accounting software, I can record and organize your business transactions into a single General Ledger. This allows us to determine your businesses health and track the sources of your revenue and expenses. This is necessary to generate financial reports.

Financial reporting

Once your business transactions are all in one place, we can create financial reports to analyze your businesses performance, reports like: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows. Financial reports are necessary to determine the profitability and value of a business, and are necessary when trying to secure a loan and paying taxes.

Payroll

I can pay payroll taxes on your behalf. You’ll never have to look at EFTPS or payroll tax forms again.

Business consulting

You’ll have someone on your team who will help you grow your business. With an extra set of eyes, I will advise you on opportunities and profitable ventures in your industry. My business success is dependent on your successful business.

This is your life with a Bookkeeper on your team

More free time

You’ve delegated someone else to do your businesses Bookkeeping. Take a vacation using those hours or spend them growing your business.

Save money

When a Bookkeeper meticulously records your business expenses you pay less in taxes. A good Bookkeeper pays for himself.

Don’t fear the audits

Your finances are tidy. Everything is organized and creating financial reports is effortless. You don’t have to worry about audits.

Easier credit

You have the financial reports to prove your businesses success and value. You won’t have problems receiving credit and loans.

Financial counsel and opportunities

A good Bookkeeper understands money and business. He’s looking for opportunities you can use and ways you can cut costs, because when your business grows so does his!
